Kre Alkalyn contains a patented type of creatine monohydrate,
characterized by its high bioavailability. In muscle tissues creatine is
bound with phosphate to form phospho-creatine. Consumption of creatine
increases physical performance during short-term, high intensity,
repeated exercise bouts. Recommended use: on training days – swallow 1-2
capsules in the morning and 1-2 capsules before training; on
non-training days – swallow 1-2 capsules before breakfast. Not suitable
