In addition a broad spectrum protein blend provides all the Amino Acids needed for the body to be able to lose fat, while maintaining a firm, toned physique and active healthy metabolism. A small amount of Low Glycaemic index (GI) carbohydrates in the form of Waxy Barley Starch and Fibre are included to provide energy and help maintain an active metabolism while providing satiety which is important when being used and a meal replacement *.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Recommended Use:One serving: Mix one flat scoop (22.5g) in 150ml-200ml of water
Two Servings: Mix two flat scoops (45g) in 300ml-400ml of water
Mix in a blender or shaker, shake vigorously for 20 seconds and consume.
Depending on your needs, take two to four servings per day.
Do not exceed the stated dosage.
900g provides 40 x 22.5g servings.
1.8kg provides 80 x 22.5g servings
