DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For best results mix 80g (two heaped scoops) in 300ml water or milk. Mix in a shaker cup or blender and consume immediately. Do not exceed the stated dose.
Due to very low fat levels this product may froth on mixing. This will settle quickly and is normal for the product.
