Total Rush 2.0:

L-Citrulline malate: non-essential amino acid involved in key functions such as producing nitric oxide, it offsets lactic acid’s acidity and stimulates a good recovery. Each dose of Total Rush 2.0 contains 6,000 mg de citrulline malate.

L-arginine: an amino acid involved in hormone secretion, waste substances elimination and which also contributes to maintaining the immune system’s health. Nitric oxide is vasoldilating and it also aids the correct transport of nutrients to the muscles thus taking your trainings to a higher level (4600 mg).

Creatine Monohydrate: lcreatine is probably the most researched substance and with a largest number of studies that prove its efficacy in improving performance and muscle mass increase. Total Rush supplies the optimal dose of creatine that you ned to feel all its power, more specifically 3,400 mg.

Caffeine: the stimulant par excellence, it reduces the feeling of subjective fatigue; moreover, it favors the mobilization and use of fats as energy source. Caffeine helps you to make more intense and more extreme workouts. Giving your all in each and every training guarantees faster and bigger results. Each dose supplies 300 g of caffeine.

Beta-alanine: beta-alanine has become one of the most popular ingredients. As a food supplement it helps increase intramuscular carnosine. A dipeptide, carnosine has a poweful antioxidant capacity and it is able to offset the acidity produced by lactic acid, thus delaying muscular fatigue. One dose of Total Rush 2.0 supplies the outstanding amount of 3,300 mg.

Amino acids: Total Rush 2.0 has been enriched with amino acids that are key for the nervous system’s health such N-acetil tyrosine (1000 mg), Glicine (1000 mg), and Taurine (1000 mg). It also contains teanine, an amino acid contained in tea which helps maintain a feeling of wellbeing.

Oxystorm®: Exclusive ingredient that releases the highest content of nitrates, equivalent to more tan five times its weight in beet powder. Nitrates (300 g) are also known for promoting nitric oxide production.

L-alanil glutamina (Sustamine® ): a dipeptide formed by L-glutamine and alanine, studies have suggested that this form of glutamine is more effectively absorbed and also the one that most efficiently increases muscular glutamine levels. Sustamine is also the most effective substance to improve muscle hydration (200 mg).

Total Rush 2.0 contains a combination of vitamins and minerals that favor alhletes’ muscle and cognitive functions during their trainings: vitamin D, ascorbic acid, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, calcium and zinc.
