Always take tablets with a glass of water. It is important to ensure adequate hydration whilst taking this product, users should aim to drink at least 2 litres of water per day. Follow the below recommended dosing schedule.
Take 6 tablets daily. For the best results, 3 tablets before workout and 3 tablets after workout. On non-training days take 3 tablets in the morning and 3 tablets in the afternoon. This can be increased if required or directed by a physician.
