When we've confirmed the reservation, travel to your chosen store and pay for the items.

* If a product you are after is out of stock in the store of your preference, please call us and we can haveit ordered in for you.

Frequently asked questions

Q) Can I collect some items and have others delivered?

A) Yes, although you will need to complete your Click & Collect reservation and then place a separate order for items you would like delivered.

Q) Can I pay for my reserved item(s) online?

A) Payment can only be made in-store when you collect your items.

Q) How long do I wait for stock confirmation?

A) We will confirm your reservation within 1 hour by email and, if requested, text message.

Q) What happens if I make a reservation outside of store opening hours?

A) Any reservation made after closing time will be processed the next working morning. Please check your local store for opening hours.

Q) How long will you hold the item(s) for me?

A) Reserved items will be held for 2 working days starting from when confirmation of stock is sent (shown on your confirmation email/text message). When this time elapses, the reservation will expire and the items will be put back into stock.

Q) Do I need to bring any form of ID with me?

A) Simply show an in-store staff member your confirmation email/text message, or print a copy and bring it along.

Q) What if I no longer want the item/s I reserved?

A) You don't have to do anything as the items will go back into stock if you don't collect within the time stated on your confirmation email/text. However, if you wish to let us know that you no longer need your reserved items, please contact the store where the reservation has been made.
