Dextrose also known as glucose which is a high source of energy in the body. Glucose is the main sugar manufactured in the body and is chemically considered a simple sugar. Dextrose is a popular sweetener which comes from glucose sugar which is refined from corn starch. it is a rapidly absorbed energy and often used as a carrier in water soluble medicines too.

In the human body dextrose is the main energy source for living cells, it is absorbed and used by cells with the help of insulin. When the body has too much dextrose, it is either converted to fat or stored as a glycogen. Glycogen can then be converted back in to dextrose when the dextrose levels are no longer high. Dextrose is the metabolized by the muscle tissues and converted into ATP, the direct energy source for muscle.
DIRECTION FOR USE
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 50g) with 150ml-250ml water or a beverage in a shaker bottle. Consume within 4 hours of exercise.
