What makes plant-based protein good?
If you are a committed vegetarian or vegan, or for some other reason (such as an intolerance) you prefer not to consume animal proteins, you will have to look into your options for plant-based protein sources. Recommended dosage
Take one serving per day (33 grams, 3/4 scoop) mixed into 300ml of water. On your training days, use after your workout; on your rest days, consume in the afternoon.
