Recommended Use
- Non-training days take 3 capsules twice daily with meals.
- On training days take 3 capsules one to two hours prior to training and 3 capsules before bedtime.
- Use 5 days on and 2 days off.
- After 6 weeks use, take 3 weeks off before using again.
