Pump Up Your Workout If you want to train full instead of flat, PSN Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG) is here to help! AAKG is actually two different compounds bonded together. The salt of an arginine molecule is bonded alpha-ketoglutarate, a precursor to the amino acid l-glutamine. The amino acid l-arginine is found naturally in foods like cottage cheese, oatmeal and many more. Arginine is a precursor to nitric oxide production and vasodilation. As a supplement, it’s commonly found in most N.O. products or Pre-Workout products aimed to improving workout performance. AAKG is though to offer better absorption than regular l-arginine, thereby offering enhanced N.O. production. Essentially, AAKG offers all the support of arginine in a form designed to absorb quickly and efficiently. PSN AAKG has myriad potential benefits for the active individual.
