DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Pre-workout: Use 5 grams of Pro Elite BCAA stirred into 200ml of ice-cold water.Post-workout: Use 5 grams of Pro Elite BCAA stirred into 200ml of ice-cold water or mixed into Pro Elite Whey Protein.For optimum results use 1 or 2 servings of Pro Elite BCAA as per your requirement.
