Creatine Monohydrate is basically Creatine with a water molecule (hence ‘mono’), it is the gold standard of Creatine supplements and ingredients.

Creatine Hydrochloride is Creatine bound to hydrochloric acid (unsurprisingly) helping to improve absorption. Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE) has the addition of an ethyl group which again lends itself to better absorption. Finally, Tri-Creatine Malate is like Di-Creatine Malate only with 3 Creatine molecules rather than, you guessed it, 2 Creatine molecules that are bound to 1 molecule of Malic acid, a feature that makes it more soluble and thus aiding absorption.
