How To Use

Consume 1-2 servings daily, ideally immediately after training.

Mix 30g, which is approximately 1 heaped 60ml scoop (there is a scoop included in the tub), with 150-200ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender.

These are guidelines, and more or less liquid can be added to taste.

Once mixed, consume immediately. For exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams.

Recommended consumption is one 30 g serving per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
