DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Recommended dosage
Mix 2x1 serving (2x12,5g, 2x1 scoop) of Hot Blood Hardcore powder with 2x200 ml of cold water daily. The drink is slightly carbonated, so open the cap every 5 seconds when shaking to avoid accidents. Consume one serving 30 minutes before training and one during training.
