Branched Chain Amino Acids consist of 3 essential amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. They are considered essential amino acids because human beings cannot survive unless these amino acids are present in the diet. Together they comprise approximately 1/3 of human muscle tissue. One of these BCAA's, Leucine is very important when muscle-building is your primary goal and especially if you are cutting carbs or calories at the same time to achieve a lean physique.
BCAARIPPD is vital for the body’s ability to build muscle and vital in reducing muscle damage. Taking BCAARIPPD supplementation before and after exercise has beneficial effects for decreasing exercise-induced muscle damage and promoting muscle-protein synthesis.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For optimum results use 1 or 2 servings of BCAARIPPD as per your requirement.
Pre-workout: Use 5 grams of BCAARIPPD stirred into 200ml of ice-cold water.
Post-workout: Use 5 grams of BCAARIPPD stirred into 200ml of ice-cold water or mixed in to WheyRIPPD Protein*.
