Description

Four tablets provide 6000mg BCAAs: 3000mg leucine, 1500mg isoleucine and 1500mg valine. This 2:1:1 formula provides 25 daily servings per bottle.

Suggested Use

Take 4 tablets daily: 2x2 tablets between meals, with a glass of water. On training days take the 2. serving (2 tablets) immediately after workout. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
