Description

The formula contains milk-derived micellar casein and added L-glutamine. Mix a 30g serving with water; the tub contains approximately 30 servings, with flavour-specific ingredients shown below.

Preparation

Mix 1 serving (30 g = 1 level scoop = 2 heaped tablespoon) product with 300 ml water in a shaker bottle. Consume it before going to sleep.
