Description

The formula combines hydrolysed whey protein isolate with whey protein isolate. Each prepared serving provides 25g protein; the scoop weight and ingredient list vary by flavour, so check the details for the option you choose.

Preparation

Mix one serving thoroughly with 500ml water. Use 32g (approximately one scoop) for Green Apple, Wild Berry Lollipop and Lemon Ice Tea; use 33g for Peach Ice Tea. A scoop is included. The manufacturer recommends one to two servings per day, as part of a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
