Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid found in the body. Glutamine is essential for muscle protein synthesis and an intense workout can deplete its levels for up to 6 days before it is replenished, without supplementation. DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Immediately upon waking or Before Bed Use 5-10 grams of Pro Elite PureL-Glutamine stirred into 400ml of ice-cold water or juice.
Pre-workout Use 5-10 grams of Pro Elite Pure L-Glutamine stirred into 400ml of ice-cold water or mixed into Pro Elite Pure Whey Protein (Pre-workout intensifier).
Post-workout Use 5-10 grams of Pro Elite Pure L-Glutamine stirred into 400ml of ice-cold water or mixed into a serving of Pro Elite One Solution.
