DIRECTIONS FOR USE

When and How to Use
As a pre-exercise supplement we would recommend consuming approximately 35g(1 scoop) of PSN Waxy Maize.
During-exercise its use is optional, but if you are adding it to a beverage we would suggest a figure in the region of 15-20g, to be consumed gradually throughout your exercise period.
